Laserfiche and emailing from the client.

I have a customer with the Laserfiche version 10 installed that when she right clicks on a document the email selection is not available. Any ideas?

If the email commands are missing, that means the LF server isn't licensed for it (it is lacking the "MAPI" feature). If the command is there but disabled, the user lacks read access to the document.

They did have it before. I did upgrade the to LF version 10.2.1. Where would I find the command to enable it?

I believe they are ghosted.

Check the user's effective rights on the document, they need Read access to email it.
