is there any possibility to recover Encrypted volume if customer forget the password?

No. As discussed in https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/Laserfiche/10/en-US/administration/#../Subsystems/LFAdmin/Content/Encrypted_Secured_Volumes.htm there is no way to recover a lost volume password.
