Laserfiche form participants password policies

Dear all,

Does the password policy configured on the Laserfiche Administration Console applies for LF form users and LF form authenticated participants?

Hello Vimal,

The policy applied in LF administration will apply to LF/Windows authenticated users, however, it will not apply to participant licensed only users. To the best of my knowledge there is not a way to set password policies on these users.

If you're using Laserfiche Directory Service (LFDS) for single sign-on, then the password policy applies to authenticated participants created through LFDS. For Windows users, the password policy is set through Active Directory as Glenn said.
