I have a file upload field for pdf and images files to be added during a forms process.  If someone wanted to add an email, how would I set it up?

For example, if a manger had an email quoting a price for a particular object, and he/she needed it to be attached to the submission.

So, basically, I want to be able to pull an email into the process.
