Has anyone installed Rio on Azure? Is there a whitepaper specific to Azure or AWS installations?

I cannot get a clear understanding as to how we install RIO on Azure or AWS.  I am looking to understand how the AZURE SQL works with Rio and how AD/SSO will work.  Are there any known issues with such an installation?

Azure SQL isn't tested or supported but perhaps there's a way... I was going to try this afternoon.
