Create exchange contact

I am looking for a way to create an external contact, and possibly use the other exchange items in Workflow. I have a basic workflow retrieving form information, and have been able to complete the create exchange item fields with tokens. However, when i run the workflow i get a message error that states "The request failed. The remote name could not be resolved. 'ews'"

I feel this is because we are not linked to our office 365 exchange properly, but am not sure where to go to setup properly.

Apologies, no although we did receive a similar request.

In our case I found out enough follow on details to determine the client really needs a CRM, and pointed them that way.

I will keep monitoring this thread for any additional follow up.
