Has anyone encountered location data specifically from records management being applied to documents not in retention? As in the document is not in, nor has it ever been in a records folder, but still shows up in a records search? 

Specifically, the majority of these documents are coming in from Accela via SDK. Is there a configuration that is possible with external SDK's that could be applying the location data to documents not inside a records folder?
