Access Denied when attempting to download SDK

I am attempting to download version 10.2.  Essentially the download button is disabled with an 'access denied' tooltip appearing if I hover over the download button.

I just signed up for access to the Laserfiche site for support/etc/etc. 

Did I miss a step somewhere?

You don't have rights to download software. You'll have to contact the user administrator for your company to have that right granted.

I also don't see a record of your company owning the SDK.

Can you download any file? There is a download permission you may not have if you just created an account.

Alternatively, do you know if you are licensed for the SDK? It is an addon you may need to talk to your VAR about purchasing.

Thanks for the feedback.  As far as I can tell, anything dealing with actual bits is disabled (sdk/iso/?)  PDF's seem to be fine.
