Getting error "The user login or password is incorrect. [9010]" in workflow

There are workflow failures on workflow server and the reason for failure is "The user login or password is incorrect. [9010]".

On reprocessing the workflow it works fine. 

This error is occurring intermittently at any of the workflow and it fails for any activity (not for a particular activity)

What cab be the reason for this.

Workflow version - 8.3

Recently we did workflow scaling where two workflow servers are monitoring two repositories.

To older workflow server we did "Add" repository in repository monitoring in workflow configuration utility and for new workflow server we did "Attach" repository.

 

This does not seems to be user configuration or workflow configuration issue as same workflow works for few entries and fails for another.

Please have your reseller open a case with Tech Support and attach the contents of your Logs folder from the Workflow server.
