The new email tokens are awesome and there will be a lot of great use here. I would like to suggest that these tokens extend to image files (e.g., jpeg size and dimensions).
Thanks!

and resolution
Thank you for you suggestions. I've added the request to our backlog. #31903 for you reference.
One question: Import Agent converts the image format when importing to the repository, so whose metadata would like to save, the original image or the converted image?
Does the conversion change the resolution and size of the image? Why would it do that? The metadata to be saved would be the metadata that described the record in the repository, so that I know that I"m using the right resolution/size of image for different projects.
The images imported to Laserfiche are usually in one of the following formats: TIFF-G4, TIFF-LZW, TIFF-JPEG, or JPEG. Images in the above formats usually occupy smaller disk comparable to other formats.
Ah, so JPEG wouldn't change? I think that's the format most common (for us anyway). I suppose the metadata would have to reflect the data about the document in the repository if the resolution and dimensions change, otherwise that metadata wouldn't mean anything.
Right, JPEG is unchanged. I see, thank you!
