My client is experiencing an issue where they can't open LFScanning, and an erro box comes up that says "Cannot start Laserfiche Scanning". There wasn't much in the event viewer, but we found this in the lfscanning error logs:

We have tried repairing, completely uninstalling and reinstalling, and trying a different scan mode but it says the same thing.
They are on version 10.1.0.151
It just started a few days ago with no changes to the computer.
