Could you reproduce the issue, click on 'Details', and post a screenshot of the resulting information (attach multiple screenshots if there's a scrollbar and you can't fit it all in one picture)?
If you set event log level to debug in the Web Client config page, do you see the error in the text logs under C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\WebAccess\EventLog\ (on the machine where Web Client is installed)?

Based on that error, the issue occurs when our Office Integration launches PowerPoint. If it does happen again, I'd recommend asking your reseller to open a case with our support team. Tell them to link back to this thread in the case and to paste the full details from that error message. But hopefully, you won't need to .
