Hi All, 

This is something that is unusual but is happening at times for one of our clients. 

The functionality of Enter to start search or backspace to remove a character seem to stop functioning properly and the user is then required to close LF client and reopen for them to be active again. 

What seems to happen is that the enter key becomes the TAB key as the actual button only moves to the field below? I am awaiting a video of this by the client, but wanted to run it past here to see if anyone has experienced anything similar? 

Client is on LF 10.2.1 and the setup is on a hosted terminal server where all users log into one server to access all their data. 

This has happened to 2 users that I have been informed of. Do registries or anything play a role in this as it is in a terminal environment?
