I'm working with a client who has a set of folders named by year (1981-2017) and they are currently in ascending order starting with 1981 and ending in 2017.

They would like for them to be in descending order so that it will begin with 2017 when viewed in WebLink. 

Is this something that can be accomplished and if so how?
