Hio Team!

I'm having a strange issue.

I'm trying to set up a Data Source in Forms 10.2, the data source is a cloud based Microsoft Azure SQL database.

Here's whats happening.

I can get it to successfully work and everything is fine if we use local SQL Server credentials, but if we want to use an AD credentialed account, it gives us this error:

An error occurred while testing the data source connection. See the Windows Event Log for details. [LFF2400-DataSourceConnectionError]

These AD credentials work when we set up the same database connection with other applications, but for some reason LFForms will only allow us to use the local credentials to connect. Is this expected behavior?

Hi Elam,

Can you check the event viewer for the inner exception of this error? It's in Applications and Services Logs. We never tested Microsoft Azure SQL so we can't confirm if it works and there is no intended limitation on it.
