If I recall correctly, the Thank You page used to have a "Close" button ... has it been removed from version 10.1?

I can't seem to see it on my most recent version either.

I've added this to my Thank You Page HTML

<button type="button" onclick="window.open('', '_self', ''); window.close();">Close</button>

Note : I've not checked yet to see if my form is actually submitting but I wait until it's fully loaded until clicking it.
