"forbidden: access is denied" officeplugin

Hi people,

I've been having trouble with the Web Access OfficePlugin and Quick Fields Server on Windows 2016.

Has anyone else been having any issues with the latest 10.2.1 on Windows 2016?

HI Huazhen,

I see my last message was meant for a different thread, so made no sense. However, here's a chain of images which should contextualise my scenario. I'm using Firefox on WIn10x64.

Hi Ben,

 

It seems the server docs.ingencia.co.uk disables the access to the files in sub direction to Laserfiche Web Client. Please check the setting in IIS.

I figured as much. Do you know what the setting should be?

I realise this isn't strictly an LF issue but would apprectiate your input as I'm no IIS expert :)
