Why when Convert Word to PDF with Workflow the PDF takes two pages instead of 1?

The Word is 1 page and if i manually open the word and select save as pdf the pdf is a one page pdf.

I would question the margins it is setting. If the word doc has say .5" margins but PDF is set to 1" margins, it will push everything in on the PDF. If the word doc is close to the end of 1 page, pushing in for bigger margins would push the text down into two pages.

I have not done this through workflow before but I have experienced this just using adobe pro to generate a PDF of a word doc.

Support also tells me that as a workaround.

And for the moment that works for me.

We use a 3rd party library to generate the PDF so it's hard to guess what might be going on. Please open a support case and attach the sample Word document.

I already did.

They are going to test my word files to see if they can replicate the issue.
