Generating Pages Error [6000]

This is happening for every type of record, from every user. We recently upgraded to 10.2, so I suspect that somehow caused something? Any troubleshooting advice?

This looks like an installation problem, it is missing a dependency. Please open a support case so we can investigate further.

I sent this issue to my VAR tech support - is that how I do that?

Yes, that should get the process started.

Try running ClientHelperMsi102-x64.msi, which can be found in the same folder as SetupLf.exe.
