Hi All, 

We seem to be having some issues where users are advising keyboard shortcuts do not work at times. It is intermittent. The issue this time is copying and pasting a file into an email?

The user has advised that it works at times and then it stops working at others? But, highlighting the file and drag and dropping to the email works?

The system is on a terminal server where their Microsoft Apps and Laserfiche are all hosted. They are on the latest version of Laserfiche also (10.2.1.953). They did experience these prior to the upgrade as well.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

This also occurs with not just the above, but when a user is doing a search and they hit "Enter" to search but it just at times goes to the next field?
