create a new document from page of another

is there a quick simple way of creating a new document from a page copied out of another document using workflow?

i.e.: We have a warrant in the Sheriff's Office. Their document contains the warrant (first page) and all supporting documents. When the warrant is served, they only need the first page (warrant) sent back to the courts showing it was served.

The "Move Pages" activity in workflow accomplishes just that. You can move, or copy, a specific page, range of pages, or all pages to a new document created.

Use a search to find the documents you want. A for each entry loop to handle them one at a time. A create entry as the destination. Finally use Move Pages to move a page from the current entry in the loop to the newly created document.
