Distributed Computing Cluster Throttle CPU Usage?

Is there a way to throttle CPU usage for the Distributed Computing Cluster?  Or is the only option on or off?

You can specify how many CPUs each worker can use for jobs in the Settings tab.

I'm working with DCC in Avante.  It only allows 1 node.  The cluster has to use the scheduler as the worker.  The settings tab has only 2 options.   "Limit concurrent tasks based on the number of processor cores" and "Set a custom limit", when checked the option is "Maximum concurrent tasks".  Is there some other place that allows to set the number of CPU's?  Or is that option only allowed when there are worker stations added to the cluster?

"Limit concurrent tasks based on the number of processor cores" is the one you're looking for.
