Identifying Inbox tasks

Hi All,

 

I have a customer that will be using forms to control their contractors jobs

The job is created in forms then sent as a PDF via email to the Contractor (does not have access to Forms WF)

When they finish the job they will ring in and advise that they have completed the job and ready for the next one.

The problem I have found, how do they identify which job is which in the Inbox as there is only a process name and task name?

If they have 100 jobs in the queue they all say the same thing (example attached), would it be possible if they had a work order number (Job Number) field in the form that we could use that Variable in the inbox too identify?

Hi Shane,

 

You can change this in the Instance Name in the process options of the process.
