synchronize users laserfiche forms

Synchronize users in Laserfiche forms Administration caused all users (including System Admins) to become "Status: Inactive (X)"

Please help with how to restart this service or re-establish connectivity to LF forms.

  1. What is the version of Forms, including build?
  2. Is Forms using LFDS ("single sign-on") for authentication?
  3. If so, are the users in question Active Directory users who belong to a Windows group that is added to a whitelisted LFDS group?
