Emailing a Laserfiche document?

Hello,

 

If I have a document in Laserfiche, is it possible in workflow to email that document to someone who does not have Laserfiche? It is not an electronic document... but an actual Laserfiche document.

Certainly. Using the Email activity in workflow you can add a Laserfiche image as an attachment. When you configure the attachment options in the email activity you can also choose if you'd like it to be converted to another format for emailing like PDF. As far as who you send it to fill out the To field in the email activity just like an email or use a workflow token to dynamically provide one or more email addresses.
