Has anyone seen this issue before?  Never had this issue until we upgrade to 10.1.  Can't pinpoint if it is a LF problem or an adobe problem.

I have a customer that is doing a drag and drop of PDF files into Laserfiche client.  Prior to our upgrade to 10.1, she never had issues.  Now when she drags them in, things are disappearing off the thumbnail image.  For example, the A,B,C and 1,2, 3 of the Agenda outline number disappear.  The underlining on the text disappears, and an entire line of text disappears.

Items show on the electronic file in LF but not on the image file or in the generated text.  I can see the electronic file when I open it but when she opens it in LF it tells her there is no electronic document.

Regenerating thumbnails or text once in LF does not change the outcome.  If I pull it out and try to OCR in Adobe Pro then try to edit text it tells me there is no editable text in the file.

Any pointers on what to look at would be much appreciated.  We see the same results if trying it in Web Access.
