Our web request when testing pulls back but when the workflow runs it reports token %(HTTPWebRequest_Request Succeeded) is true

this comes back false

Blacked out of course if the website information but the rest I posted as information to see if there is something else missing.

HOST+URI from what I've read generates the full URL sent by the request.
