My client is having an issue where everytime they load a preview of their forms or a live version of their forms, it scrolls automatically halfway down the form, and the users have the scroll to the top manually every time. They are on forms 10.1, and they don't have any javascript in the forms in question.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Thanks!
