Error [Email-footer-Square]

We recently upgraded to Laserfiche RIO 10.2. Some users are complaining that they are receiving an error [Email-footer-Square] when they are adding a document to an existing file. Do you have any information for this issue?

Can you specify what application/web browser they are using?  Where do they get this error?  A screenshot might be helpful.
