Hello, 

I'm configuring a Connector profile to scan when the user is in a front-line business application called SugarCRM. The connector is able to extract the text without issue on any field in SugarCRM that's a basic text field, but will not extract the text on any drop-down fields unless the field is currently selected. I also need to have the field selected in order to get the Connector configuration completed for those drop-down fields as well. Otherwise, I don't get any return at all in the initial configuration. Is there anything that I can do to make the Connector extract the field data from these drop-down fields?
