I'm using a connector profile that is tied to Outlook, and it keeps leaving the little L icon after Outlook windows are closed. Any ideas on making this stop? I'm using v.10.2.0.400

How many profiles have you created? And could you please attach them? I guess the criteria that matches a window is too generic.
Right now I only have one profile configured. I was playing around with using connector to pre-fill LF Forms.

Are you able to confirm which windows are supposed to show Laserfiche icon? And what is the pattern for the title of those windows?

This should apply to Appointments in MS Outlook. It shows up on all Outlook windows, which isn't a problem. The title for all outlook appointment windows appears to be "OUTLOOK - {meeting subject}" - at least that's what shows up when setting up a profile in Connector.

Could you please try to change the value of "wtitle" in profile to "OUTLOOK -.*"? If the issue still exists, please file a support case for further troubleshooting.
