Unable to invoke Workflow from Quickfields

I'm using Laserfiche Capture Engine to process the document through Quickfields 9.0 and storing back to the source file with the changes of fields and document pages. After storing the document I would like to call a workflow to route the document based on the fields captured. The Workflow is not getting invoked by the Quickfields though it is configured correctly. I've configured 2 input parameters, and passing Document ID and Source Path from QF session.

1. How to find why it is not calling the WF?

2. I had to call the WF as it is needs to be stored to the same file and based on the field values. Is there any other work around through QF to route the source document based on the field value?

The Errors pane may give you more information on what happened when calling Workflow.

However, storing pages back to the source document is something Quick Fields can do using the Source Path token generated by Capture Engine. Workflow can pick up the document based on the entry change event that is generated when Quick Fields updates its pages and fields.

Hi Miruna

The Error pane did not have any errors regarding the regarding the invoking the Workflow.

Independently both operations are working fine, but I'm trying to integrate QF with Workflow so that no starting rules needed at the Workflow level.
