scanning

we are using Laserfiche 8.3 in our organization, we have some users when they try to scan and store documents in laserfiche using Laserfiche Client Scanning they faces the following Issue:

         If users put three pages in scanner  A, B and C and press the scan button the Laserfiche process/save only the page C (the last page).

Every time they try to scan more than one page they faces this issue.

Laserfiche Client 8.3

Windows 7 32-bit

Scanner : Fujitsu fi-6130z

Have the scan user(s) logged out of Laserfiche and then while they are logged out, in the admin console, open their user profile and remove all scanning and basic scanning attributes.  Then have them log back in, reconfigure their scanning and try again.

Hi Hamed,

 

Are they scanning using Scanconnect or TWAIN? Can you try swapping the scan source and see if you see the same issue.
