display document within forms

I would like to be able to use lookup rules to select and display a document entirely within forms. The idea being as follows:

DocumentName [Dropdown]

Lookup table to pull documentId

Use documentId to display full document images within the same form page --> NO NAVIGATION OR LINKS

Assuming that I have the dropdown portion working, is the document display possible?

I think you mean put Web Access in a iframe of Forms?
