Hi all,

I need help to make my process. Idk how to translate what I need.

Using LF :

Day 1, my Trader fill a form quotation then send it to the customer,

Day 2, if the quotation is still running AND is not Canceled or Approved, then LF send the email one more time to the customer,

Day 3, 4, and 5 same than Day 2,

But if the quotation is "Canceled" or "Approved" in Day 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 => we dont send the email and we jump to the next process.

At Day 6, it is considered that the customer refused the quotation => next process

You can attach two timers to the user task:

1. timer 1: wait for 1 day and select "Do not interrupt the attached activity" and "repeat timer until attached activity is completed" and repeat interval is Daily 1 day, add a email service task after the timer 1 to send the reminder email

2. timer 2: wait for 6 days and select "interrupt the attached activity", connect to the steps after reject the request.

In this case, it can repeat the email notification for 5 days and cancel the user task at the 6th day.

You can set a timer on the approval that will send reminders daily - but I'm not sure that you can set how many days it will send... interested to see the responses that come from this one.

Hi Michelle,

Thank you for your help.

You can see my process here. I translated for you the important keywords (pink box). This is not exactly what I want because, here, the initiator should Approve, Reject or Restart after each day. I want to make a loop as long as the quote has not been validated or rejected.

Next, I dont have stop for the day ; I means if my Trader click on "Restart" 1000 times, so my process will resend 1000 emails. I want to resend it only 5 times.

So - you do not want the system to send an automatic email every day, right? You want the trader to make a decision that restarts the process... So not a reminder, more of a "I want to see what the rates are tomorrow" restart?

@Michelle : What I want is to autosend an automatic email every day but I dont know how to do, that's why my process require the user's action ; but I want to delete it.
