Insert Data node does not contain tables in the "data to insert" selection

I have an ODBC data source set up on the Workflow server and it tests successfully:

However, I don't see the tables from the database associated with this data source in the "Data to Insert" drop down.  Could you please suggest what I am missing?

A simple question, do you have a table in your database?
