Folder colors are controlled by the templates that are assigned to them. Templates can be given a specific color such that if it's assigned to the folder, the folder displays in that color. Check the template that's assigned to the other ones - if you apply it to your folder it will probably turn the same color. Note that the template color can be set in the administration console as part of the template properties.
