I have a interesting situation that I wondered if anyone had seen before.  We had a user who saved a form that has a required upload field.  The user uploaded a transcript in the required upload field but saved as draft to finish at a later time.  Afterward, the user finished filling out the form and tried to submit.  However, instead of submitting, the form scrolled up to the upload field and threw a warning "value required".  The form showed the name of the uploaded document but it seemed as if it was not recognizing that a file had been uploaded.  I had the user remove the uploaded file and re-upload which then allowed the form to be submitted.

Any ideas on what might be causing this?
