For Rio systems, repository named user allocations for individual Laserfiche Servers are configured in the Laserfiche Directory Server web administration site (LFDS) or in the License Manager administration console (LM).

After you modify the license allocations in LFDS or LM, you'll need to generate a new Laserfiche Server license file and then replace it accordingly.

Keep in mind that if you are wanting to decrease the number of repository named user licenses allocated, you should check the various repository users created in repositories hosted on those Laserfiche Servers and remove the named user license from those users first before doing the license swap.
