Email Reminders Suspended

Hello,

 

I have a process in Laserfiche Forms 10 that sends an email reminder to the participant after some amount of time. However, the reminder tasks are suspended. In Event Viewer, I'm given the following error:

 

The value of variable "Laserfiche.Forms.Api.DataContract.RoutingParticipant" is not set. The email address cannot be found without it.
Function: GetEmailOfRecipientList

 

Any idea as to what's happening? Thank you!

They do have an email listed, but I found the issue.

 

The previous person working on the workflow entered in the wrong variable for the person to send the email to. I adjusted this to the correct variable and everything now works fine.

Can you check if the email recipient has email in account page? The error meant that the email recipient has no email configured.

Just checked our SQL database where the users are stored (cf_users). Emails are set properly in this table (and in AD).

Can you try checking the cf_user_snapshot table as well and make sure the users there have an email address listed?
