We have a form with a collection of fields where the user and "add" up to six names & charges.  

In workflow I use "Retrieve Business Process Variables" to get the fields so I can map to a fillable PDF - this works well expect..................

I get to this collection of fields.  It only gives me one field name & charge yet I could need up to six field names & charges.

How can I get the field names for records 2-6 so I can map them to the PDF?  Thanks John
