When you set up the Table, if you leave the Percentage Fields Blank then the fields will be evenly sized across the table. By entering values in this area you can size the fields according. The think to remember is that all of the Fields Percentages should add up to 100%, so if you set one field at 50% it will take up more room, then the ones set at 20%. Also note that inside each field you have a Field Width setting, the percentages may act slightly different on a field if it is set to Small, Medium, Large or X-Large. You have to Play around with it a bit to get used to it.

Also, If you don't need the Row info on the left, you can hide this to provide more room for the fields or you can choose to make the Forms wider to provide you more room as well especially if you are working from a PC where the screen is larger.
