Issues Accessing Forms Server LFDS Mobile APP

Hello,

 

I am having issues with the mobile app as it does not allow me to access the forms server. I have checked the credentials for the LFDS users, ensured they are in the appropriate groups, have the appropriate permissions and credentials. Unfortunately, I can only login to mobile if forms selection is none.

 

A screenshot below represents my error.

 

Please advise how this can be fixed.

The issue turned out to be misconfiguration. Forms was using LFDS authentication but the "Use SSO" checkbox in the Mobile server configuration was not checked, so the wrong authentication method was being attempted.

Change your mobile app login username syntax if you are using "username@domain.com" try using "domain\username" that was the solution for me :)

What if you are not using a domain but rather using LFDS authentication only?
