I'm new to Forms, so there may be a simple solution to my issue. I created a form, published it and made it public. Any employee can open the form and click Submit. It is then assigned to a user who can approve or reject it. The assigned user receives an email with the message "click here to view the submission in a Web browser." When the user clicks the link they are taken to an error page: 404 File or directory not found. However, they can go directly to their Inbox in Forms and approve the form. The link in the email is servername/form/approval but the link to the form (and LF Forms) is servername/forms. I tested with a Named User (me) and a Participant. Is there a setting that I'm missing that is preventing the link in the email from working properly?

Hi Shannon,
Do you have access to your Laserfiche Forms Configuration page? If so, I would double check that the URL listed on the Forms Server tab is servername/Forms just like you've indicated it should be. Here's an image of where you'd find this setting:
