We are upgrading from 9.1 to 10.2 (Rio). We utilize Transparent Records Management and in testing v10 in our Dev environment we're finding that our searches bring back both the shortcuts and the documents associated with the shortcuts. I've checked the access rights for the RM folders and they mimic what we currently have set up in Production, v9. Do we need to do something different in version 10 to only display the shortcuts in search results?
I should also mention these results are with Web Client. When conducting the same search with Windows Client, I see only the documents under RM, and NOT the shortcuts. ???
