Copy Metadata in WebAccess

Is there a special security right for copying metadata in WebAccess?  Our users do not have the rights to change the metadata but they would like to be able to select it and copy/paste it into other applications/forms.  It seems that they cannot highlight the metadata and do this without the write metadata option?

Without write rights, the metadata inputs are disabled but Web Access doesn't block interaction beyond that.  I've just tried it now, and IE and Chrome both allow selection in those input boxes.  It seems like Firefox does not.  Is that the browser your users are using?

Here's a bug report for Firefox for this behavior.  It was filed 14 years ago, so it looks like they are not in a hurry.

Yes, the client is using Firefox.  Didn't think to test the different browser I guess.  Thanks Brian
