Is this a bug or a fluke ? Size of volume exceeds its limit ?

Not sure if this is typical behavior or some bug, one of the volumes exceeds the maximum allowed size. Any thoughts on why this could happen ?

When the volume hits the maximum size, no new documents can be created in it. Documents already in the volume can still be modified, so the size of the volume can still increase.
