We use PageFreezer to capture all changes to our website. We have a link to our job application form on the website. I have noticed that when PageFreezer crawls our website we are getting the following error.

We have reached out to PageFreezer and they are claiming it's the Forms application. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue?
