I can't go forward with my Laserfiche course - Getting Started with Laserfiche 10. 1st, I failed the Exam Part I: Knowledge with 75%. The 2nd time, I took a break and when I returned to my laptop to do it for the 2nd time it showed the message -"Attempt limit exceeded". The lesson is locked, so I can't access it in order to continue the online course. Please write me what to do to unlock it. I tried to go back to the previous course and complete it again but didn't work, it didn't unlock the next lesson. :-(  It's very annoying that the online course works in this way and gives students a headache. It's a lot of time wasting figuring out how to advance with your online course because there aren't any instructions how to pass the issues encountered with not passing or unlock the next lesson. :-(
