Hi there,

Exactly as the error states. This can happen if you change the RAM, CPU or NIC on the server. If the server is virtual, then the configuration mught have been recently changed.

Hi Banan,

If you are working with your VAR Kit demo license, it is possible that the Forms license has expired as the error states. You'll need to reactivate the Forms server. Generate the Forms license with the Forms activation key, put the license file into <FormsInstallDirecotry>\Forms\bin folder to replace the old one and restart Forms routing service.

Regards

We had to re-install our LF Forms, when we had the issue on our DEV Server during upgrade and followed with configuration page

Are you using a private cloud server (Azure or AWS, for example)?

Well I thought that worked for me...  I'm still getting the same license error.  I reactivated the key and saved and checked the date on the activationkey file, it updated.  I restarted the Laserfiche Server Service and still no luck.  Anything else I need to look at?  :(
